You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original shipment date. Returned products must be returned in like-new condition and with all original packaging. Final Sale items can not be returned for a refund or exchanged.

We take pride in the design, durability and functionality of Rex Specs and are committed to providing you with the best service possible. It is important to us that you are happy with the product you receive. We encourage owners to take full advantage of our 30 day return window. If you have any questions please contact us at info@rexspecs.com. Please note, final sale items cannot be returned.

● To begin the return process, please click here to acquire a return authorization number before sending back your items. This step ensures a smooth and prompt refund processing for eligible items, avoiding any potential delays.

● Rex Specs is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is considered defective.

● Please include a copy of the packing slip or a short note with your name, order number and reason for return in the box.

● Once your order is returned to us, a refund for the price of the product will be applied to your original method of payment.

● You will receive a return confirmation email within 10 days of Rex Specs receiving your return. It can take up to an additional 5-10 days after the return is confirmed for your refund to clear with your original method of payment.

● Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Please ship all returns via USPS and keep your tracking number as Rex Specs is not responsible for lost packages.

● This return policy only applies to items purchased through rexspecs.com.

● There are no returns for items on sale for international orders.

● Human Merch (Hats, Hoody, and T-Shirts) can not be returned.

● Items purchased from November 1st through December 16th are eligible for returns through January 15th.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind our product and want to ensure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. Rex Specs honors a one (1) year warranty on all manufacturing defects. If you believe that you received a defective product, just send us an email with pictures of the possible defect to returns@weaverleather.com or give us a call (307) 209-3890 – we will make it right.

Shipping Policy

We are excited to get your pup outfitted with a pair of Rex Specs as quickly as possible! All orders will be fulfilled in 2-3 business days. Our fulfillment and shipping process moves fast. We can't guarantee order changes or cancellations after an order has been placed but will do our best to help.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duty and tax fees. Customs charges are determined by the country of entry and will be paid by the receiving customer.
